This review is long overdue. I was putting it off until I could find the time to put into words just how instrumental and simply amazing Gina was from our first email exchange to the moment she gave us the keys to our new home. Simply put, she impressed us around every turn and every obstacle we encountered during our 5 month long home search. Gina never made us feel rushed or pressured, she never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her -- even with our nighttime calls/texts or last minute decisions to view a home. She was on our side every step of the way. On top of all this, she was great with our kids (I think they love her as much as we do) and was patient and helpful whenever they came along. I would 1000% recommend Gina to anyone purchasing a home.

My 96-year-old mother had moved to a residential care home and I was tasked with selling her home. My experience with Carrie was wonderful and I give her my highest recommendation. She met with us at the house and gave us her assessment. She let us know what she thought it would sell for as-is, and what she thought it would sell for if we put a little money into it. We opted to fix it up which included interior paint, new flooring, pest inspection, roof inspection and home inspection. Carrie had all the contractors lined up within a few days. She coordinated all the work, keeping me updated of the progress and completion dates daily and coordinated the inspections and minor repairs necessary once the updates were completed. Except for the escrow closing everything was done online which made it really easy and much less time consuming. Carrie's overall knowledge of the business, organization skills and communication couldn't be better. I can't recommend her highly enough. Call her, you'll be glad you did.

Trying to buy a home from a hundred miles away is no easy task . . . unless you are lucky enough to have Yolanda as your agent. I have read all the other reviews that have been posted and I couldn’t agree more. Yolanda was professional, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly hard for us. From winning the bid to the close was an incredibly short two weeks. Yolanda managed to get us all the required inspections, home owners’ insurance and answers to a thousand questions. When an inspection raised concerns, she insisted we get a second opinion. She wasn’t about to let us buy our forever home without ensuring that all the facts were known so we could make an informed decision.

It’s hard to describe how much we loved working with Gina without tearing up. Gina is the most patient, knowledgeable, strategic, and caring professional I have ever worked with. If you are looking to get into the home of your dreams, look no further. Buying a home is an insanely big deal, filled with so much uncertainty, confusion, and process. Gina made it her mission to make this process as transparent, easy to understand, and low work for us. She fought for us when sellers were being unreasonable, gave us all the facts to help us make good decisions, and was a great listener when we just needed to vent. If she wasn’t amazing enough already, her network is one of the most comprehensive set of A players out there. Every single contact she had was amazing. Our mortgage expert, home inspector, hvac specialists are all people that went above and beyond for us. Gina’s network is incredibly robust and really helped make our experience smooth.

5 stars could not even begin to describe how amazing Leah Brown is as a realtor! I found her on Zillow as I was just browsing for homes. So no one had recommended her. I was just lucky. She was exactly what my Husband and I needed. Always available, responsive, and able to read situations and know what was needed in the moment. Professional but also someone who cares about the process and making sure in these hard times of buying a home that your supported. My boys loved her and still talk about her! She is someone you can trust who will do her Job and do it very well from the beginning till the very end.
